Conrad Caplin
Co-Founder Conrad led the sales and client/business development efforts at Malone Web Design. He graduated from Bucknell University with a BSBA in management and a minor in economics & international relations. Following MWD’s golden years, Conrad was in the trenches managing KPMG engagement teams securitizing commercial real estate assets. When the credit crisis hit, Conrad could be found riding out the storm overseas working in Amsterdam and London. Conrad is currently a Director in KPMG's Credit Risk practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Ian Malone
Co-Founder After founding and serving as creative director of MWD for 3 years, Ian worked in corporate finance at UBS Investment Bank in San Francisco. After UBS, Ian was a managing director at Premier Pacific Vineyards, a private investment firm focused on vineyard and wine-related real estate assets. Today, Ian is a Sr. Vice President at Global Wine Partners, a boutique investment bank providing M&A advisory services to the wine, craft beer and spirits industries. He remains part of the MWD team as a consultant and close friend. Ian graduated from Kenyon College, where he received a BA in Economics with a minor in Philosophy. Ian also attended Oxford University (St. Catherine’s College).
